Control is the need to establish and maintain a satisfactory relationship with people in respect to control and power. It answers the question, "Do I want to make the decisions?" as well as "Am I willing to accept the direction of others?" Whether one believes it is his responsibility to direct others and how much control from others he himself will accept are at the heart of the Aspect of Control.
These are informal interpretations of the various temperament types and are not designed to provide counseling to anyone by themselves.
