Mastering Pastoral Counseling Utilizing Temperament

Includes an assignment for the candidate to work under another person's ministry for a total of 24 hours, for no remuneration, at that person's direction. This assignment has to do with being faithful in little things before the Lord adds greater responsibilities to your life. The course covers three distinct topics for prospective ministers and clergy: (1) examining your own inner behaviors, (2) The huge need for coaching and mentoring the next generation, and (3) your own life role leadership.
