APS (Formerly Known As Temperament Analysis Profile)
This accurate, simple, yet highly effective tool will enable the counselor to gather specific information about the inborn temperament of the subject they who has sought out their counsel. This tool will identify the nature and level of that persons relationship needs and to what extent those needs are being met. Areas where needs are not being adequately met can identified and addressed. Helping the subject to get their needs met at the level they require produces amazing results. Essentially the APS has the power to tell the counselor the areas the subject is having difficulty in and to suggest to the counselor a treatment plan.
You Will Know What Your Subject Needs
The accurate and amazing results of the APS provide the counselor with concrete information provided by their subject that reveals the areas of their relationships with other that are out of balance. The report even produces this information in graphic format as well at in text.
Interpretation - Strengths and Weaknesses
The assessment tool that our training will provide you with enables you to measure and understand the nature of a persons temperament. Both strengths and weaknesses will be revealed. Areas of weakness typically provide the best opportunities for healing. Scripture says that out of our weaknesses we are made strong (Hebrews 11:34). As a counselor, you facilitate these awesome changes.

How Do I Become Certified to Administer the APS?
- Take The Course "Creation Therapy"
This comprehensive course will explain how the theory of the Five Temperaments was developed, how to test an individual to determine the nature of her temperament, and how put this valuable information to work.
- Get an FREE APS Report on Yourself
Your first client will be yourself. Included in the Creation Therapy course is you own personality profile. The report along with Dr. Young's insightful interpretation is easily worth the price of the entire course. This report costs counseling clients $75 at our clinic.
- Administer the APS to Ten Others
Part of the fun is testing others! Finding others to begin your practice with is not only rewarding but fun. The certification for this course requires that you administer the test to 10 others after you pass the exams. Your supervisor will help you. Students are advised to charge for this testing at least enough to cover the cost of the test and preferably a little more. Many students charge enough to cover the cost of the course. Most students start with their friends and families. This course leads to certification in the administration of the APS.
- Pass the Test
You will be tested to assure that you have adequately integrated the information presented. While not difficult, this course will require your attention and effort. This course is not for the lazy!
